Turret Punching

Continental Industries fabricates custom sheet metal parts using our three CNC turret punch presses. Our Amada EMK 3610 NT is equipped with a Fanuc AMNC/PC Control (Ready to Connect to vFactory), 58 Station (4 Auto Index), 33 Ton CNC AC Servo Driven Turret Punch Press with MP 1530 Robotic Load/Unload System 5′ x 10′ Sheet Capacity for “Lights Out” Operation.

We have two Vipros hydraulic turret punches with tonnage capacities up to 50 tons used for punching holes or form features in heavier materials.

With over 1,200 tools in our inventory, we can fabricate parts with simple hole patterns to complex geometry as well as add formed features such as dimples, louvers, logos and knock-outs
